Cancellation Policy

• Private lesson spots are booked on-going until a fencer's notice of cancellation is sent • There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for all private lessons; NCNS will be charged at full price. • Lesson Credit / Refund for sick cancellation is only available with notification of at least 6 hours prior to the lesson. • If the fencer finds a replacement fencer to cover the lesson cancellation before the lesson time, we will offer a 100% refund or lesson credit. However, finding a replacement is your fencer's responsibility.
